We verify that your email domain matches the company's official domain. This is the primary signal used to confirm your affiliation.

Our team reviews your submission, cross-referencing public records, LinkedIn profiles, and corporate directories. Average review time is under 24 hours.

Once approved, your company page is upgraded with a verified badge, full profile editing, analytics, and all premium tools.

How long does verification take?
Most claims are reviewed within 24 hours. Complex cases (e.g., holding companies, subsidiaries) may take up to 3 business days.
What if I don't have a corporate email?
Corporate email verification is the primary method. If you don't have access to a corporate email, you can provide alternative proof such as a LinkedIn profile showing your role, a letter on company letterhead, or other official documentation.
Can multiple people manage a company page?
Yes. Once a company is claimed, the primary admin can invite additional team members with varying permission levels.
What if someone else claims my company?
If you believe a company page has been claimed by an unauthorized person, you can file a dispute through our Dispute Ownership process. We take ownership disputes seriously and will investigate promptly.
Is claiming free?
Yes, claiming and verifying your company page is completely free. Premium plans with additional features (analytics, job postings, lead capture) are available for companies that want more.
